Dosage of testosterone enanthate greatly varies and depends on a lot of factors like your previous compounds use experience, health conditions and results you want to achieve. Testosterone Enanthate works in a great range from 100 to 1000 mg once a week. 

For TRT (testosterone replacement therapy): 125-300 mg. You will notice overall improvements but do not expect mindblowing results. In case you aim at pure muscle growth and performance enhancement — you need a bigger dose.
